Art Review Arts Review Frankston (ARF) is published quarterly, the timing generally aligned to seasonal changes. The publication is structured to encourage debate about the Arts and to contribute to the quality of arts practice in our community by promoting the best work and ideas of local artists and organisations. Whenever possible, the magazine will also focus on professional artists from farther afield, particularly where there is connection to local activities.
