To help load vans prior to party, assist cooks with the preparation of salads/desserts and the presentation of buffet table. Will also assist with serving hot meats and vegetables. Clean up and pack vans before returning to base, empty vans at base.

Main Duties
To assist with the loading and unloading of vans.
To assist with food preparation as required.
To set up buffet table and lay table settings if required for the menu chosen.
Serve meat and hot vegetables to customers.
clean up after party.
To unload van on return to base and leave base in a tidy condition.
Skills and Characteristics
Should able to work weekends and evenings.
To be reliable and punctual of a smart and tidy appearance. Be able to work on own initiative, be a team member, able to follow instructions
Interested in cooking.
Ability to drive manual is an advantage. Must be able to make own way to Somerville.
Food hygiene certificate an advantage but on the job training will be given.
