Without an effective business plan it can be difficult to navigate through an ever changing market place, the maze of marketing options, legal and operational requirements, while avoiding business risks that can hurt your business success. In this session you will learn the basics of business plan writing for your business – providing you an important tool that sets direction and focus, and enabling you to be proactive rather than reactive in your business decisions.
Neil Cox currently serves as CEO of Thermo Technologies Pty Ltd. Prior to launching Thermo Technologies he has successfully started, grown and sold several companies that operated in a wide range of manufacturing and service industries. His down to earth, real life approach to business, coupled with a raft of academic achievements including post graduate qualifications in strategic business management has made Neil a highly sought after lecturer, speaker and mentor, who over the past five years has delivered over 30 different business management subjects across several institutions including Chisholm, Swinburne and Monash.
